Next day or two day delivery

We have recently in the last few months become aware of a consistent problem with delivery. As you know it is our policy to dispatch the same day as we receive your order before 3.30pm. This insures next day or two day delivery on most occasions. We believe the problem is that the numerous packages leaving our premises are being stolen enroute. The tardy delivery has of course been complicated by the numerous strikes by the Post Office in England. We have filed the necessary paperwork to try to correct this problem with the delivery companies we use including the Royal Mail. Our apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.
