Next day or two day delivery

We have recently in the last few months become aware of a consistent problem with delivery. As you know it is our policy to dispatch the same day as we receive your order before 3.30pm. This insures next day or two day delivery on most occasions. We believe the problem is that the numerous packages leaving our premises are being stolen enroute. The tardy delivery has of course been complicated by the numerous strikes by the Post Office in England. We have filed the necessary paperwork to try to correct this problem with the delivery companies we use including the Royal Mail. Our apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Current small bottle pumps

Thank you for your patience with our current small bottle pumps. We have had great difficulty with the diptube pumps in our 60ml bottles in particular.

Thanks to your feedback and determination we have now been able to create an airless bottle to fit the parameters of the new design to replace the 60ml bottles.

The airless bottle although only available in 50ml (as per our earlier bottles) will be increasingly replacing the 60ml size within the next few months. With the airless you will be able to get all the product out of the bottles. We are very sorry that the 60ml diptube pump was not able to provide more ease of use, but the number of pumps require significant effort was too high and so we have now engineered a replacement.
